Follow the agreed instructions for your location. If your plans change, contact us before the agreed return time.
Pick-up locations
Collect at Heiane 10 in Åsane, or choose delivery to Bergen city centre or Flesland. Key box collection in Åsane is arranged with Cenaro.
Included kilometres
Standard short-term rentals normally include 200 km per day. Your chosen car and rental agreement show the mileage allowance. Extra kilometres normally cost NOK 5 per km.
Insurance and deposit
Review cover, excess and deposit before booking. The usual deposit is NOK 3,000 and is separate from the rental price.
Changes to your booking
Contact us with your booking reference and the change you need. We will check availability and the conditions for your booking.
