Choose the right car.
Choose your collection location, dates and times. Find your car, choose your cover and add any extras you need. See the total price for the whole rental before continuing.
The car, cover and selected extras appear together in one summary.

WHEN YOU BOOK
Confirm and pay for the rental.
Enter your name, email and mobile number. Check the booking and read the terms before paying. The rental price includes VAT. Arrange the deposit separately before collection.
Date of birth, driving licence details and signing come afterwards.

AFTER BOOKING
Everything in one personal link.
Your email confirmation includes your personal link. Use it to enter your date of birth, address and driving licence details, and upload images of the front and back of your licence.
Your car, rental dates and contact details carry over from the booking. Keep the link safe and private.

BEFORE COLLECTION
Check it. Sign it. Save it.
Your rental agreement is filled in with the car, rental period, price and driver details. Read the agreement and its terms. Sign by typing your name or drawing your signature, then download the signed PDF.
Signing takes place through your personal link. This is not BankID signing.

BEFORE YOU GET THE KEYS
Arrange the deposit. Collect the car.
The usual deposit is NOK 3,000, separate from the rental payment. Follow your booking instructions or contact us to arrange it. The car can be handed over once your licence is checked, the agreement is signed, and payment and deposit are in order.
Collect in Åsane, or choose delivery to central Bergen or Bergen Airport. Collection and any key-box arrangement must be agreed with Cenaro.

The deposit is security for the rental. It is separate from the rental price and is not the same as the insurance excess.
Tolls, fuel or charging, and any extra mileage are handled according to the rental terms.

You might be wondering.
Do I need to fill in everything when I book?
No. At booking, enter your name, email and mobile number. Complete driver details, licence images and signing afterwards through your personal link, before collecting the car.
What if the email does not arrive?
Check your spam folder and the email address entered in the booking. Your personal link is also available on the confirmation page. Contact Cenaro with your booking reference if you need help. Do not pay again just because the email is missing.
Will I get a key code as soon as I pay?
No. Payment alone does not give access to the car. Your driving licence must be checked, the rental agreement signed and the deposit arranged. Cenaro confirms the handover and provides instructions for your collection location.
Can I change something after booking?
Contact us with your booking reference and the change you need. We will check availability, any price difference and the terms that apply to your booking.
